Iron Arrow Nutrition
"Iron" is often associated with "strength". But an arrow? In order to move forward, an arrow must first be pulled backwards. Sometimes, we have to go back in order to build a strong foundation and to
keep moving forward.

Meet Your Coach
Daviah Kasten
I’m a Florida native who has always believed in the power of education, compassion, and community. My career began in social work and education, where I spent over a decade teaching elementary students, guiding high schoolers, and supporting medically complex children and those with unique needs. These experiences taught me firsthand how important it is to meet people exactly where they are—and to help them feel seen and supported.
When I became a mother, my perspective shifted. Navigating my own health, identity, and well-being after my daughter’s birth made me realize how transformative the right guidance can be. Inspired by the impact my own coach had on my life, I decided to blend my background in education with my passion for nutrition.
I completed both the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification and the Level 2 Master Health Coach Certification, and I’m currently pursuing board certification through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). My approach combines evidence-based strategies with empathy and real-life understanding of how challenging it can feel to make sustainable changes.
Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, managing your health, or simply ready to feel more confident in your choices, I’m here to walk alongside you. I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned—and continue learning—with you.
For years, I struggled with disordered eating and a stressful, all-consuming relationship with food. Like so many people, I was constantly searching for the next diet, hoping it would finally be the answer—only to end up feeling frustrated, defeated, and stuck in the same cycle.
Everything changed when I started working with a nutrition coach. She opened my eyes to a way of eating—and living—I never thought possible. I was eating more than ever, losing weight, and finally feeling strong and energized. That experience was a turning point, and I knew I wanted to help others feel the same freedom and confidence.
We live in a world that over-markets quick fixes but under-serves real people. The truth is, sustainable change doesn’t come from restrictive rules or endless guilt. It comes from learning to trust yourself, building skills and habits that last, and finding joy in the process.
As your coach, I’m here to provide proven tools and compassionate support to help you:
-
Lose weight without deprivation
-
Build strength and resilience
-
Heal your relationship with food and your body
Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that fits your life—not someone else’s idea of perfection.
Trust yourself, enjoy the process, and see what’s possible.
